Missed call text back templates

Short answer
A missed call text back is a short reply for a caller who hangs up before you answer. Use these templates when the caller is comfortable texting; they cannot replace a conversation for someone who wanted to talk.
Write three text replies
Edit the details, then copy the message that fits. Each includes an opt-out line and stays under 160 characters.
Message 1
Hi, this is our team. Sorry we missed your call. How can we help? Reply STOP to opt out.
Message 2
Thanks for calling our team. We help with plumbing. Reply here and we'll follow up. Reply STOP to opt out.
Message 3
Hi from our team. We couldn't answer just now. You can reply here or book a time. Reply STOP to opt out.
Get permission before texting, honor opt-out requests, and use a booking link you control.
When a text back helps, and when it falls short
A text gives a caller a quick way to reply or book when they are happy to text. It is not a conversation: some callers do not text, and others called because they wanted to speak with someone. For urgent calls, the caller needs a way to reach a person, so a text alone is not enough.
Keep the message brief, say who you are, and make the next step clear. Use only a booking link that works on a phone.
Business texting registration (A2P 10DLC)
A2P 10DLC is the carrier registration used for business texts sent from standard 10-digit phone numbers. Carriers use it to identify business messaging. Without registration, business texts may be filtered or blocked, so delivery is not dependable.
NoBeep registers each customer before texting is turned on. Approval is required before messages can be sent through NoBeep.
A NoBeep step for callers who hang up
NoWait texts back callers who hang up, once its texting registration is approved. Better still, NoBeep keeps more callers on the line so fewer hang up.
