NoBeep is a Duck & Shark product. Duck & Shark is a small US company that builds software and runs marketing for small businesses: roofers, barbershops, car washes, churches, day cares and the like. NoBeep came out of watching those owners lose jobs to the beep.

Why we built it

Our clients kept telling us the same thing: "I can't answer when I'm working." They didn't want a call center, and a lot of them didn't want a robot talking to their customers either. What they wanted was simple: callers who stay on the line instead of hanging up at the beep, and a clear note afterward with what's already handled.

So NoBeep starts as your voicemail, and then it talks back. It takes actions during and after calls: confirms the caller's details, answers questions, books visits, texts back callers who hang up, rings urgent calls through and sends the right calls to the right person on your team.

Who's behind it

Malkio, founder and CEO of Duck & Shark, leads NoBeep. A small team builds and supports it, with software agents doing a lot of the routine work, the same way NoBeep does for our customers. Every customer line is set up and checked by a person before it goes live.

The guides on this site are written by the NoBeep team at Duck & Shark. Competitor prices in them come from each company's own pricing page, with the date we checked. If we got something wrong, tell us and we'll fix it.
