From you: your name, business details, mobile number, email, plan choices and what you type into our forms and free tools.

From calls NoBeep answers for you: the caller's number, what they say, the recording, the transcript and the summary. From demo calls: the same, for the demo.

From this website: basic visit information such as pages viewed and the device you used.

Why we use it

To run NoBeep for you, send you your call notes, set up and support your account, bill you, keep the service safe from abuse, and improve how NoBeep handles calls.

If you opted in, to send you tips and offers. You can opt out anytime.

Your callers' information

Information from your callers belongs to your business. We process it to provide NoBeep to you. We never sell it, never use it to market to your callers, and never share it with partners without your permission.

Texts and calls

We only text or call you, including with automated calls and texts, if you agreed. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We don't share your mobile number or consent with third parties for their marketing.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run NoBeep, such as our software platform, phone and messaging carriers, voice and transcription providers, and payment processing. They may only use it to provide their service to us. We may also share information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Account information is kept while your account is open and for a reasonable time after, for billing and legal records. You can ask us to delete call recordings and transcripts sooner.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it, through our Talk to us page. We'll confirm it's you before acting.
